The Last Starlight of Andara

The Andara was a beacon of hope in the galaxy, a ship of olden design that had been retrofitted for the most advanced time-traveling technology. Elara's heart raced. The Andara Sector was a place of legend, a place where time itself seemed to flow differently. She knew that venturing there could mean the end of her journey, but the distress signal was too compelling to ignore.

Kael's eyes closed, and he took a deep breath. "I killed him. I thought it was the only way to protect my family. But I was wrong. I was so wrong."
